Google issue - looking for thought on how to fix -

Tin can't edit or even meet user list. I've seen that others have had or are having this issue. How do I set. Have posted similiar message on Google forum, just no replies. Whatever ideas would be of value.

Have logged in using Burn down Fob and the same message popped upwards, but and then some sort of verification popped up which needed data - this wasn't happening in explorer. Verfied and all seems to be normal now. Capeesh all the help. Got to love MS - non.
